Our story

We are a growing team of developers, academics, and entrepreneurs, founded in mid-2017 to be the catalyst that decentralises the information space.

As a team, we are passionate about making knowledge permanent. After the main Arweave network launched on June 8th 2018 – 69 years after the publication of George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four – the team has been working tirelessly to ‘close the memory hole’ by democratising the information space.

In spring 2018, we graduated from the Techstars Berlin startup accelerator programme and have access to the best global network of expert advisors and investors.
